Job Summary:
The Chelsea Retirement Community is seeking a Dining Server to provide excellent food service for residents, guests, and team members. Responsibilities will include taking menu orders, accurately entering orders in the computer, and ensuring meals are delivered properly while creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment. Ensure all dining areas are maintained according to Federal and State sanitation and food service guidelines.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Demonstrates respect, sensitivity and flexibility
- Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with older adults, personnel, and support organizations
- Excellent Customer service and people skills
- Must feel comfortable entering orders electronically and handling cash

Required Qualifications:
1. Must be a minimum fourteen (14) years of age or older
2. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, TB screen at time of hire and verification of professional licensure, if applicable. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or agreement to participate in weekly Covid testing, as needed, is required.
NOTE: The rate of pay will be determined based on relevant employment experience. Your resume should adequately reflect all paid food service work experience.
