In this specific position, Advocates is seeking a responsible and caring person to provide 1:1 support to a young lady with a developmental disability. Goals Include:

• Safety awareness: navigating the community while receiving physical guidance.
• Independent living skills: personal care tasks, making independent choices, and completing basic household tasks.
• Recreational activities: walking/hiking, social/healthy activities (ex: YMCA, parks, Zoo, Movie Tavern)

Reliable transportation is required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by non-profit agency. In addition to hourly compensation, employees of Advocates can qualify for comprehensive health, dental, and other benefits including paid time off. Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Hours and days of work

Monday - Friday (4pm-9pm)

Saturday (2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm)

Sunday (2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm)

Full time opportunities may be available.

Pay rate: $24 per hour
