Mission

Job Title: Account Executive / Business Development Manager

Location: North America (remote / 50% travel)


Position Summary:

Are you an accomplished Business Development Manager who has experience building a territory and acquiring a net-new business, as well as growing existing clients? Do you have the spirit of an entrepreneur and get excited about starting your own business from the ground up? Kudelski IoT Solutions is growing and adding a Business Development Manager to target new logos and develop existing key global accounts for our asset tracking and Indoor zoning solutions.


Responsibilities

    Extraordinary Business Development manager to define and execute a growth and sales strategy for the territory.

    Consistent delivery of service, support, and license revenue targets upon deadlines.

    Run full sales cycle from prospecting net new to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities in your territory.

    Build named account relationships, account planning, and opportunity management.

    Track and measure and update activities within your prospects and existing clients in CRM and broadcast updates to the team.

    Work with clients to develop marketing programs, press releases and other co-marketing efforts.

    Recruit, manage, and develop channel partnerships for labs services including channel partner management, forecasting review, and co-selling.

    Develop new product ideas, packages, and solutions that can be sold into existing and net new clients.



Requirements / Profile

    You have 5-7+ years of direct and / or channel large account software & services selling asset tracking solutions.

    You have a consistent track record as a sales leader including over-achievement of sales revenue goals, accurate pipeline and forecasting management, excellent account management skills, and a strong desire to ensure customer success

    Influential and credible with C-level executives (CTO, COO) build ROI scenarios utilizing advanced inventory tracking solutions.

    Have experience GPS solutions to multiple industries (Fleet, Construction, Auto, Indoor).

    Effective negotiator including procurement, licensing, and professional services contracts.

    Experience with location-based technologies such as GPS, WiFi, BLE, Cellular, RTLS, and connectivity providers.

    Experience using location-based services in IoT deployments.

    Good level of knowledge of GPS hardware and software solutions sold as-a-service.

    Able to work independently and remotely with other members of your team and corporate

    Technical degree and or recognized security industry qualifications with related experience.

    Live in your CRM and engage with team win mentality

    Travel up to 50% of time domestically and internationally
