The Director Cath Lab provides leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular services. What you will do in this role:

• You will implement, assess, evaluate, plan, develop, and organize programs and services
• You will recruit and assure competence of customer-focused staff, analyze, organizational performance issues, develop quality improvement indicators, and develop and maintain department budgets
• You will be responsible for facilitating the department application/renewal of current / new accreditations/ certifications
• You will ensure all staff are competent and facilitates ongoing education for cardiology services.
• You will foster positive physician relationships and serves as liaison between the facility, staff, and physicians.

Qualification:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License, or current Radiologic Technologist certification, or Cardiovascular Technologist certification (RT or CVT need RCIS certification) required
• Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree preferred
• A current ALS ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
• 5+ years of experience in cardiovascular services; 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare setting required
• Applicable specialty certification preferred

Additional Information:

• The candidate submitted must have experience in leading and managing a cardiac cath lab in an acute care facility. Strong and proven CV services leadership skills are essential.

General Comments

• Salary Estimate: Mid Range for Perm $130K (Incentive Bonus of Up To 15%)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10K
• Relocation: Up to $10K
