Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required

10+ years in supply chain and procurement

3+ years of leadership and strategy experience

International supply chain QSR experience a must. Middle East and Asian markets preferred

Food and beverage experience is required.

Essential Functions:

· Manage international vendor relationships to maximize value efficiently, financial performance and effectively develop organizational strategy and process.

· Ensure distributor technologies for planning and inventory management as well as store-level order fulfillment meets all stakeholder demands and requirements

· Identify and implement cost-savings opportunities

· Identify and maximize synergies within the global supply chain and identify and incorporate best practices into future processes

· Identify ways to create efficiencies to lower distribution costs

· Develop a process with Global Supply Chain to evaluate and implement improvement measures to track performance against targets and provide performance updates to leadership

· Build strategic relationships and identify local and international vendors, distributors and suppliers.

· Determine the framework of strategic distributor and/or supplier relationships.

· Develops crisis management plans with critical distributors and/or suppliers. Oversees secondary sourcing initiative for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning.

Serve as a point of contact for senior executives from the distributor and/or supplier organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
