We are actively searching for a Director of Laboratory Administration. This position plans, organizes, coordinates and oversees the overall operation of the hospital main laboratory and outpatient center, as well as courier services associated with laboratory outreach.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Medical Technology or related field and be a graduate of NAACLS accredited Medical Technology Program. Must have a minimum of five (5) years acute care lab experience and two (2) years progressive supervisory/management experience. Must be a Medical Technologist (MT) that is ASCP or NCA registered. Must be able to convey information in English, both verbal and written, clearly. Organize and manage time effectively, setting appropriate priorities, and make independent decisions consistent with policies, procedures and hospital standards.
