Your Role
Represent Global Financial Aid Services, Director of Client Relations. Drive service excellence and a culture of delighting clients by ensure contracted clients are serviced timely and accurate for all functions of Global processing. Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction by using data acquired to maintain positive customer relations and retention with Global clients. Utilize knowledge and information gained in position to evaluate and recommend operational enhancement and/or changes for enhanced client service. Maintain an open flow of communication to Executive Management regarding issues concerning any department and methods of resolution. Serve as corporate decision maker for escalated issues, professional judgement called in to question, COD issues, or campus based awarding/job descriptions. Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives within the Client Service Department. Conduct monthly production goal analysis with CS Directors for assigned client relations division to ensure development of talent and building a track record of future leaders.
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of current Title IV Federal regulations.
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others.
- Ability to coach and mentor department team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Aid industry – 1 year experience dealing with external clients.
- Previous experience in management role preferred.
- Relocation to Gulf Coast, Mississippi area if not currently residing – onsite position.
