WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Serve as strategist, advisor and storyteller in developing and execute global internal and external communications programs.
- Partner closely with the business President, CCO/CMO and business leadership team to create and establish a brand identity.
- Develop and execute effective executive communications strategies for meetings, speeches, emails, presentations, etc.
- Develop and edit content such as messaging, Q&As, briefing documents, story pitches, etc. while ensuring materials are accurate and support company objectives.
- Manage digital presence across intranet, external site, social media, etc.
- Define, execute, and measure annual communications plan.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Experience building a brand from the ground up
- Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred
- 10-15+ years of internal and external communications experience
- Experience building a team and managing for at least 3+ years.
- 5+ years of Global/International Marketing experience
- Press Releases/Executive Communication/ Other Writing sample required for consideration*
