SALT Dental Collective is hiring a Director of Compliance with a specialization in dentistry for a remote role with the ability to travel.

As the Director of Compliance, you will lead and direct all compliance and quality management activities for current and new dental and orthodontic practices, risk management and safety, performance improvement, and infection control. This position will be a blend of on-site and remote work, including visiting practice locations to assist with the design and implementation of effective compliance procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Initiates and assists in the creation, development, Board approval and implementation of dental and orthodontic department policies and procedures, which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards
• Manage documentation, tracking, and coordination of resources associated with projects such as annual mandatory compliance requirements, information technology conversions, or communications with newly onboarded team members
• Oversee all aspects of practice compliance to include training, documentation, remediation, coordination of audits, and facility assessments; act as the compliance primary point of contact for practice and operations leaders
• Develop strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the dental and orthodontic practices and works with top management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
