About the Role

Lyra Health is seeking an events marketing leader to help drive the teams’ success by providing cross-functional support for all event types. They will drive the overall strategy, execution, and management of external and internal events, including virtual events/webinars, and customer events. The Director of Event Marketing will be both strategic and data-driven, monitoring events to ensure delivery on crucial KPIs, especially lead generation. The scope of this role will also include planning, budgeting, development of content/themes, hiring and managing a team, and management of vendor and supplier relationships.
Responsibilties
- Drive overall event strategy for both industry and company-hosted events, including assessing how events should fall into the overall marketing mix
- Gather feedback and ensure that feedback is incorporated into future events
- Oversee project management of event programs and collaboration of cross-functional teams
- Coordinate event logistics and support onsite and virtual team/staff
- Establish business priorities that support the overall company objectives
- Work with marketing operations and analytics team to create and regularly review reports and analyze marketing funnel success metrics
- Oversee the current Event Marketing teams
- Stay up-to-date with mental health trends and forecast untapped event topics
Qualifications
- An experienced professional with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis in B2B
- A strong people manager with a minimum of 7+ years of management experience
- A coach who loves to mentor and develop employees
- An excellent presenter with experience communicating with and presenting to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to successfully direct multiple projects through completion while accelerating business results
- A proven track record of hitting deadlines, managing multiple projects concurrently, and managing shifting priorities
- Data-driven, budget-conscious, creative problem solver
- Expertise in navigating both in-person and virtual events, with an innovative approach to creative, hybrid experiences
- A passion and desire to transform mental health care through technology with a human touch
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience; events’ certifications are a plus
