International Luxury Brand is seeking an EXPERIENCED, dynamic, HANDS-ON Food and Beverage Director for their brand-new sanctuary!

We are looking for:

*Five years’ RECENT experience as an F&B Director in a higher volume ($7-$10M) luxury hotel.
*Very hands-on, high-energy, dynamic leader. This is NOT a job for delegators!
*Trainer, mentor, lead by example professional.
*Marriott experience/training a PLUS.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
*Must have a solid understanding of financials, P&L; prior experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, or reporting is required.
*Highly proficient in MS Office and applicable financial and POS systems.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
