As the Director of Product Management, you will serve in a key leadership position to shape and build digital experiences for homeowners across multiple website domains in the HVAC space. This role serves as the Product Owner and leads a team of individuals focused on improving homeowner experiences and helping them at each step in the lifecycle journey.

What You Will Do:

• Builds the product roadmap strategy, working in collaboration with internal and external partner stakeholders
• Translate the product strategy into an actionable roadmap with clear priorities and defined epics
• Owns the product backlog, defines iterations (A-B testing) and user stories
• Ability to create MVP solutions that scale over time
• Experienced in using Agile tools to drive product enhancements
• Collaborates cross-functionally with UX, design, engineering, data, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure awareness and alignment on priorities and objectives
• Balances the prioritization of the roadmap across multiple dimensions including to build new product features and capabilities, optimize end user experience & business performance
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats
• Ability to clearly communicate the vision to gain buy-in and resources to capitalize on opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years of digital product management/leadership
• Prior experience in Ecommerce solutions
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to research and understand industry and competitor trends to inform product opportunity strategy and roadmaps
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously of varied scale and complexity.
• 3+ years leading and building teams
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
