A great small short-term acute care facility in Fremont, NE is hiring for a permanent, full-time Director of Surgical Services. Starting at $51.00/hr DOE. Come join a team that is dedicated to providing quality care to a diverse population!

Director of Surgical Services Position:
- Director of Surgical Services who participates in all aspects of the hospital surgical department and occasionally provides patient care.
- Coordinates assignments of staff, instrument set-ups and lay-out of tables for various operations and considers surgeons' requirements and supplies available.
- Will be overlooking the OR, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, Outpatient Surgery and Centralized Sterilizing, Surgical Services, and PACU departments
- Flexible hours M-F
Director of Surgical Services Qualifications:
- BSN Required, MSN Preferred
- Current Nebraska RN License (or Compact License)
- BLS, ACLS
- 5 years of experience in surgical services preferred
- 2 years nursing administration experience
- experience in management techniques
