Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Recruiting Managers and an indirect team of ~20. Mentor, motivate, and drive excellence amongst the team.
- Oversee and drive strategy and implementation for:
- Analytics – Hiring Dashboards, QBRs, forming insights based on data, supply, and demand for the recruiting team
- Workforce Planning – Partner with stakeholders to enhance the way we plan headcount.
- Operations / Project Management - Simplify and optimize the operations around offer approvals, onboarding, and referrals.
- Training & Development - Drive centralized continuous training and onboarding program for the recruiting team.
- Onboarding/Sourcing- Manage the capacity of the onboarding/sourcing team, drive for efficiency and ensure they have the tools needed to meet the needs of the business.
- Systems - Continuously update, review, and assess the systems we use making sure that they still effectively serve our need
- Employer Brand - Drive employer brand strategy, with emphasis on increasing candidate funnel, defining our employee value proposition, defining key candidate touch points, and measuring the results.
- Generate insight-based ideas and solutions that will drive efficiency and excellence across the recruiting organization
- Partner with the recruiting leadership team to inform, diagnose and improve how we recruit
- Proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and look for opportunities to leverage technology to scale
- Manage capacity of the team to meet business objectives
- In partnership with the recruiting leadership team, drive and manage goal setting, operational planning processes, and regular business reviews, develop and implement key performance indicators, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure hiring compliance across all our operations
Requirements
- A graduate degree in human resources, industrial psychology, or business management.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition.
- Proven work experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition or similar role in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Adept in data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decision-making is required.
- Someone who has “grown up” in Recruiting, with a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize it for efficiency and quality.
- Experience in creating a recruiting organization from a blank canvas is preferred.
- A capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional groups, including external vendors
- Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Fluent in Spanish
- Able to travel 30%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
