Job Summary
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume project management responsibilities, creating timelines and budgets, and framing desired outcomes.
- Monitor daily school-based and department-based operations, via facility walk-throughs, staff/department check-ins, and observations
- Collaborating with staff to develop short and long term plans for maintaining or improving operations
- Document essential information to ensure continuity
- Develop district policies and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate technology and FRC staff.
LEAD TEAMS FOR THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS:
- Technology
- Instructional hardware, software, resources, and training
- Digital Learning and Computer Science
- SIS Database management and state reporting
- Network Infrastructure and safety/security systems
- Media Centers, Auditoriums, and MHS Studio
- Support services for staff, students, and families
- Family Resource Center
- New Student Registrations
- Family Communication and Outreach
- Residency Verification and Investigations
- Student Records
- Facilities
- Building and grounds upkeep
- General building repairs and improvements
- Preventative maintenance and planning
- Software and Hardware maintenance for HVAC, electrical, intercoms, keycard doors, and other systems
