Position Summary:

We are looking for a results focused, and savvy performance marketer with experience in owning success of large scale paid social campaigns. You'll lead the strategy, execution and performance across multiple paid social channels for a variety of celebrity backed industry leading health and wellness brands.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for leading strategy to execution of effective paid social campaigns with multimillion dollar a month budgets, aimed at driving ROI and LTV in a high growth environment.
• Partner with a creative team, agency partners and leadership to develop paid strategies and optimizations to grow the business.
• Accountable for key initiatives and new projects focused on omni-channel, integrated marketing initiatives as we expand. Leading some specialty-focus areas like landing page testing, mobile conversion optimization, new platform integrations, system improvements, and more.
• Build, lead and develop a team of highly talented paid marketers in ongoing assessment of campaign performance, creating efficiencies and effectiveness across paid media channels while driving growth and business impact.
• Orchestrate data-driven optimizations, becoming a master of our in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to manage and improve your team’s performance.
• Own success across multi-channel execution, including readouts and performance adjustments on a weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency.

• Understand how to optimize for revenue, ROAS, and LTV. Understanding of full lifecycle marketing is a plus.
• Deep experience managing advertising budgets in excess of $1MM a month. Expertise across top platforms and able to contribute your expertise quickly.
• Management experience (3+ years) for highly talented marketers. Proven ability to delegate and grow talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Deeply analytical and comfortable digging into the numbers, preparing high-level analyses (yourself / with a team or in partnership with analytics), and drawing conclusions, insights, and next steps. Savvy with analytical tools, reporting tools, and web analytics tools.
• Ability to draw conclusions from creative and work cross-functionally with creative team, helping to guide iteration and testing strategy
• Experience at a digital agency or within a brand with a demonstrated history of growing paid media budgets and ROI
• Inherent problem-solving skills, possessing the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.
