SUMMARY Primarily responsible to ensure timely and accurate scheduling and dispatching of HVAC field technicians. Ensure an accurate and timely work order process cycle that will allow a seamless billing/collection process.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Requires high moral character and integrity, excellent organizational, oral and written communications skills, telephone etiquette, and a professional demeanor. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deal effectively with difficult people. Must project compassion, empathy, and good judgment and be able to prioritize daily workload. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills with both our external clients as well as our internal human capital.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Dispatching: 3 years (Preferred)
