Ralph Moyle, Inc. was founded in 1966 and is a family-owned and operated transportation and warehouse specialist based in Mattawan, MI. We are seeking a 2nd shift Dispatcher to join our team!
Responsibilities of an RMI Dispatcher:
- Manages Driver utilization to ensure goals are met.
- Communicates understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Tracks and manages driver schedules, including time off.
- Work with the Planning team to improve driver productivity.
Skills needed to join:
- Dispatcher experience.
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task.
- Exceptional computer/software proficiency including MS Office programs.
