DISPATCHER
BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is seeking to hire Dispatchers to be based at our Operations Center in FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214

Please note: This is an ENTRY LEVEL position and it is NOT REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME).
Available Shifts:

• Spot 1 (PART TIME): 0700 - 1500 - Off Monday through Thursday

• Spot 2: 1500 - 2300 - Off Sunday and Monday

• Spot 3: 1500 - 2300 - Off Thursday and Friday

• Spot 4: 1500 - 2300 - Off Tuesday and Wednesday

• Spot 5: 2300 - 0700 - Off Wednesday and Thursday

• Spot 6: 2300 - 0700 - Off Monday and Tuesday

Dispatcher Responsibilities include: *

• Assigning reservations to Chauffeurs and affiliates.
• Confirming Chauffeurs and obtaining affiliate confirmation numbers/driver details
• Maintaining contact with Chauffeurs to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
• Monitoring flight schedules, airports activities and traffic conditions.

The ideal Dispatcher applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Above average computer skills
• Great organizational skills with an eye for details.
• Excellent speaking, writing and listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport with Drivers and affiliates over the phone or by e-mail quickly.
• Call Center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience.
