Job Overview:

At Cotopaxi, people are always at the heart of what we do, and in our Distribution Center you not only support our customers' direct orders, but also our brick & mortar storefronts, wholesalers, and more! As an Associate Inventory Specialist, your focus will be helping manage the flow of a product’s entire life cycle within the warehouse walls. Are you stoked on numbers? Our DC is located at 1737 S 5350 W in Salt Lake City. This is a Full-Time position, and shifts being: 8 am - 4 pm M-F.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities):

• Enjoy numbers? You will help perform daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Managing inbound and outbound inventory, and assisting in unloading and palletizing inbound shipments.
• Keeping things spruced. Whether pick bins need to be replenished or boxes need to be broken down you are on it!
• Getting gear to our customers by picking, packing and shipping orders.
• Flexibility is key - you are adaptable and willing to support a variety of departments as needed.

• Previous warehouse experience is not necessary, we are here to help develop your skills!
• Forklift and order picker experience preferred, but not required.

This position is $18/hour with an opportunity for an increase in compensation up to $1.25 after 90 days of employment based on attendance and performance.
