Job Skills/ Requirements

· Train new and existing employees

· Perform quality of work assessments

· Provide support and assistance to area manager

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs

· Ability to motivate staff with a positive attitude

· May be required to perform routine janitorial tasks

· Due to traveling throughout the district you must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

· Drive 5-20 miles per shift
