It takes a village to raise a donut, and Hawaii born, Holey Grail Donuts, is looking for a village to serve up donut bliss in Santa Monica. Our donuts are made with Hawaii grown taro root, fried in organic coconut oil and made to order. They are plant-based, utilizing fresh local and seasonal ingredients and without the use of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. We serve our donuts hot with our unique unique coffee and tea options that feature house made cashew coconut milk on tap

Starting wage $16.00 plus tips. Tips average $5 - $6 an hour.

Looking for part-time and full-time positions. We are open 7 days a week (7 am - 7 pm) weekdays and 7 am - 9pm weekends. Team members must be available at least one weekend day; priority will be given to those who can work two shifts between Fri - Sun.

We are looking for:

Reliability - must have dependable transportation and be on time

Excellent customer service - motivated to provide a feel-good experience

Ability to educate our guests about our products (as you would in a fine dining establishment)

Able to multitask and stay centered during busy times

Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible

Not afraid to get your hands dirty - we do keep our place clean :)

Excellent communication skills and high emotional IQ

A desire to learn and grow

Ability to lift 25 lbs

Coffee house/food industry experience a plus
