Principal Accountabilities
75% Contractor management (ic. submit bids, obtain pre-qualifications and insurance, contractor orientations, onsite inspections, monthly safety meetings, etc.)
10% All administrative duties for submitting a capital project through its completion (ie. Initial project submissions, budget tracking spreadsheet updates, progress updates management team, etc. )
5% Work with corporate legal to expedite contacts through the project process.
5% Oversee the Management of Change process for Capital projects
5% Oversee plant AUTO CAD employee and process

Minimum Requi r ed Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Certification in AutoCAD
In liue of certification; 3 to 5 years of experienced use of AutoCAD
Must have experience in operating a PC with Office software
Understanding and knowledge of Industry building codes and regulations

P r efer r ed Qualifications
1 to 3 years of Industrial Maintenance and/or construction experience
2+ years experience in food processing industry
