We are adding a new 1st shift Drill Tap Machine Operator offer full time positions on 1st shift. We are seeking flexible manufacturing helpers that are willing to assist all departments in the plant on an at needs basis. Responsibilities

• Assist as needed in hardware installation and Assembly projects.
• Working knowledge of a drill press, Bridgeport and/or other equipment needed to perform tapping and counter sink of sheet metal parts and fabricated components.

• Using prints and work instructions to perform work.
• Sets up equipment, design fixturing and/or jigs to perform duties.
• Drills, taps and counter sink parts and fabricated components per print or instructions.
• Assists in areas and performs work as requested and/or instructed.
• Comply with the requirements of the ISO Quality Management System and departmental procedures, and work-instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years varied experience preferred
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and system
• Bend and lift, loading and unloading work pieces into the machine, and move from one work station to another, alternately sitting and standing
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day
