Summary

Do you love to work with coffee and people? As a team member you help create the energy and atmosphere customers look for when coming to La La Land to experience love and kindness.

In this role, you could work full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary (FULL TIME PREFERRED)

• The ability to deliver La La Land Service in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

• Strong communication skills that help you converse freely and comfortably with individuals and groups of people.

Description

As a team member we have positions available working from our register, barista, and kitchen positions. Your knowledge and passion for coffee will translate to the customer through the products you put out, as well as the knowledge you share with them. Not only are you the first person a customer meets when they enter the cafe, but you’re also the person who guides them through the experience, starting with a friendly hello and ending with a perfect product. Always curious, you stay on top of news and think of new products and ideas. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity, and ultimately how much positive impact we make on our communities. You’re proud to represent La La Land Kind Cafe, and you get great satisfaction from helping normalize kindness throughout society.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
