Must be able to work the following schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday
• 6:00am - 4:30pm

Role and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Drive assigned routes daily, using the most direct route possible between stops to pick up bins and other product
• Move full containers onto truck and secure them for safe delivery to the warehouse
• Load/unload containers by forklift or pallet jack
• Unload, weigh, and record weight of containers
• Maintain equipment and accurate logs, and notify management of any issues
• Assist with decals, repairs, and management of bins/sites
• Train new drivers regarding company policies, safety, and best practices
• Assist management with other support tasks and fill in as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid DOT medical certification card
• Must have no major violations on their driving record within the last 5 years
• Must be able to lift at least 60-80 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and over shoulder on a consistent basis throughout the shift, with minimal breaks of no longer than 10-15 minutes
• Must be able to push/pull wheeled bins of at least 500 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and move books from one container to another
• Must be able to climb in & out of the truck cab as well as the truck bed safely
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts, communicate easily, and come up with solutions to problems
• Ability to compute simple math
• Must have the ability to stand, push, and pull repeatedly throughout the day
• Self-starter – Must be able to work efficiently with little to no supervision
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required; Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend conversational English to be able to read stock orders, safety rules, and instructions in the use of equipment
• Safety oriented
