Position Overview: Our Driver Manager Trainee will be part of a growing team that is focused on driving the long-term growth of our business. You will work closely with fellow team members and interface directly with customers and drivers to ensure timely delivery according to contract requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatches tractors and trailers to meet assigned route schedules
• Coordinates equipment maintenance issues with maintenance personnel
• Track routes
• Coordinate with other dispatchers in assisting drivers
• Effectively communicate instructions to drivers
• Ensure DOT compliance is maintained throughout the course of the route

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience within the transportation industry (preferred)
• Fluent using Microsoft Office products and database management
• Balance between verbal and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to conceptualize big picture ideas
