Driving Range Manager

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 Per Hour Plus Lesson Income

Total Anticipated Compensation Up To: $19.00

Overview

Manage all aspects of the driving range and snack bar facility including:

• Staff
• Scheduling
• Cleanliness
• Tee Line
• Inventory Management
• Event Scheduling and Promotion

Experience Required

Candidate must have staff management experience, be self motivated, detail oriented, posses exceptional interpersonal skills, exceptional people skills, interdepartmental skills and be service focused.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring and training of all Driving range, snack bar, and beverage cart staff.
• Scheduling of all Dirving range, snack bar, and beverage cart staff.
• Manage snack bar inventory levels.
• Manage range ball inventory and ball quality.
• Schedule, promote and execute fitting days.
• Manage the cleanlieness of all driving range and snack bar facilities.
• Teach private and group golf lessons.
• Grow the current lesson programming.
• Conduct Junior Gof camps with San Juan professional staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,509.71 - $50,000.00 per year
