Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible eCommerce Associate to join our fast-paced growing company to help expand the company’s revenues with on-line retailers, primarily Amazon.com. The successful candidate will be experienced, tech-savvy, anxious to work hard, and willing to explore and learn in a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring completion of tasks and company targets.
• Undertaking quality assurance checks.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for effective eCommerce management will also be your responsibility.
• Ability to assist on all online marketing activities using effective SEO/SEM techniques will be an asset.
• Responsible for offering unmatched customer service across all eCommerce platforms.
• Other duties assigned.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks software.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
