Summary
This position is responsible for acquiring and maintaining an expertise in PMS and EHR software and Prime Suites. In addition, the position provides support and training of essential system functions to providers and clinical staff for the
Medical Practice Management System and/or Electronic Health Record and PC operating skills.
Essential Duties
1. Assists by phone to local users of PrimeSuite in resolving software or workflow issues.
2. Assists in the success of the PrimeSuite by communicating providers’ needs to eHealth and medical staff.
3. Supports providers with administering EHR software and procedures.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or technical degree; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience working in a healthcare or professional training setting with
daily exposure to computer use. Working knowledge of the healthcare field, health information management, and ambulatory medical office operations required. Experience in Instructional design is preferred. Demonstrated training experience and knowledge of electronic medical/health records systems preferred.
