Looking to fill an open Electrical Engineer Building Maintenance Manager position within Healthcare Company that manufactures and distributes biological products to assist people around the world who may face life threatening conditions to enhance their health and well-being. Keys to hire is someone with experience in providing sites with uninterrupted power supply in order to keep all areas of the company running from corporate to manufacturing facilities. Experience in tracking power consumption and ability to assess circuits, electrical panels, emergency generators to assist with any facility related changes.

A major plus would be someone with experience as a master planner to ensure projects are completed correctly within timeline and budgets while ensuring that policy procedures, regulations and safety guidelines are followed.

Position: Electrical Building Maintenance Manager

Pay: -$140k to 155k/year- depending on training, education and experience.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

HYBRID – 3 days onsite, 2 remote

Education: Degree in Engineering or related field

Travel: Once a month within CA

The estimated pay scale for the Electrical Building Maintenance Manager role based in Los Angeles, CA, is $140,000-$155,000/per year. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 8% of the company bonus pool.
