This position is responsible for employee benefits service and sales support. Assists in the Johnson Insurance client relationship by providing day to day support that meets the team’s needs and expectations. Acts as a business partner to all Johnson Insurance and Johnson Financial Group Associates.

This position is responsible for employee benefits service and sales support. Assists in the Johnson Insurance client relationship by providing day to day support that meets the team’s needs and expectations. Acts as a business partner to all Johnson Insurance and Johnson Financial Group Associates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Specific Responsibilities
- Handle client, account management and insurer service requests while maintaining a concern for timeliness and completeness of information.
- Assist in new client onboarding as needed
- Process all team Adds/Deletes and Changes accurately and timely
- Pull carrier reports for self funded and large fully funded clients as needed
- Manage 5500 Requests
- Manage Client Communication Plans as outlined by team
- Update BKB to reflect renewal plan information accurately and timely
- Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate and meet company requirements and follow-up of any incomplete items, including monitoring the Form Fire process and updating team on enrollment progress and open enrollment reports from Employee Navigator
- Prepare spreadsheets and proposal packages as needed
- Market all prospects for team
- Process all AOR’s for team
- Assign sales value to all sold prospects and report to management monthly
- Assist Producers with entering prospects into CRM/EPIC/BKB
- Provide high-level analyses on prospects in conjunction with the Producer via the Critical Analysis format
- Perform follow-up to ensure new policies, renewals and plan changes have been processed and new ID cards, correct billing statements, certificates and administration materials have been received by client.
- Simple Client claim resolution
- Resolve Billing issues for client
- Prepare / update benefit booklet
- Manage Total Compensation Statement process
- Research BKB / ThinkHR / Broker Briefcase as needed
- Generate quotes via Rate Factory
- Request and update census data for renewal marketing
- Knowledge of health/ancillary benefits
- Ability to define objectives and produce deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Acts as a resource and role model to other team members.
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional data integrity within all Agency systems and processes.
- Assist team members as needed.
Require Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor of Science preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits insurance client service or related field, as well as strong coverage knowledge preferred
- Life and Health License required.
- FFM SHOP Certification required.
- Ability to stay abreast of emerging technology essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
- PC Proficiency in a windows environment required, including Word and Excel
- Professional communication both verbally and written
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of college degree.
