• Knowledge of ACG personnel policies and procedures
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource management or equivalent

• HR experience
• Developing, interpreting, and administering personnel policies and procedures
• Employee counseling, coaching, or evaluating

• Standard concepts, practices and procedures within the employee relations field including ADA, FLSA, EEO, FMLA
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully work within a team environment and maintain good working relationships are required

Total Compensation Overview:

• The Employee Relations Specialist will earn a competitive salary of $65,000 to $85,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
