Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Provides leadership on the floor and is a role model for all
• Onboarding New Employees by being a mentor and point of contact for

• Assist the Operations Analyst and Production Manager as needed with the translation of current and new SOPs into Spanish.
• Ensure all Production Paperwork is explained and understood, and the New Employee is comfortable and understands how to complete accurately.
• Ensures New Employees are both capable and competent to carry out expected duties.
• Must be an active Member of the Diversity Committee.
• Mentor and Educate New Employees on 6S, BBSA, PPE and other relevant activities.
• Follow all plant safety procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of
• Liaise with HR Recruiting to ensure Onboarding Information is accurate.
• Prepare new hire packets and coordinate with the Operation Analyst for training
• Liaise with Operations Analyst to update the training matrix and identify gaps in critical training required to have fully trained
