This is a hybrid model role and will require in-office presence. Candidates who are located around Scottsdale, AZ or NYC, NY will only be considered. 

What You'll Do

• Own and drive success for an entire region of operations– own and monitor key performance metrics day to day, develop hypotheses on how to drive meaningful conversion improvement and test plans, lead cross-functional teams to execute on potential improvements, analyze data on tests and lead the teams to continuously iterate and improve.
• Manage a book of business of legal partners – work with the legal partners in your region, ensure they provide high-quality service, and drive continued growth of each of their businesses.
• Grow supply capacity within your region– work with our supply, demand, data, business applications and product teams to better understand our supply gaps by county, develop hypotheses on how we can alleviate these gaps and lead cross-functional teams to execute on potential improvements.
• Provide input on company-wide initiatives to ensure we are hitting our cross-functional KPIs – collaborate with team leads on a monthly basis to identify key needs, provide input on key initiatives to ensure we are on track to hit our goals and ensure their execution.

Who You Are:

• 6-8 years of experience in account management and/or analytical problem-solving in an operationally-intensive environment
• Bias for action – able to develop strategic plans, and excited to execute and bring them to life
• Able to navigate and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing or presentations
• Collaborative and able to manage large cross-functional teams to execute on complex projects
• Strong analytical skills – excited about data-driven insights and making recommendations on how to improve
• Excellent at time management and prioritization
• Able to navigate through a rapidly-changing environment
• Not required but strong plus if legal background or experience working with law firms

Salary Range

$80,000-$110,000
