Appointment Setter

Be part of a motivated team dedicated to helping homeowners improve their lives by scheduling them to receive presentations of our high-end replacement windows. As an appointment setter you’ll be walking outdoors in residential areas, meeting homeowners, and talking to them about the benefits of replacing their windows.

Job Responsibilities

Pay

Pay is purely commission based with no cap. Our average appointment setters make around 8k a month. You can expect to make anywhere from 5k to 15k a month.

Schedule

Work Days: Saturdays and 4 out of the 5 week days. The off day is flexible.

On each work day you'll do two shifts. A morning shift from 10am to 12pm, and an afternoon shift from 4pm to 7pm.

Training Program

Since this is an entry-level position, we have designed our training program specifically for people with zero knowledge of sales or windows. We'll teach you our proven sales system in less than a week. Once you pass off the training requirements, that means you have what it takes to perform well as an appointment setter.
