ABOUT AXCEX MEDIA, LLC.
We are a national systems integrator specializing in voice and data communications across multiple industries including professional sporting venues, national hospital systems, transcontinental data centers and global hotel chains.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Voice and data systems, small cell, DAS, WiMax, LTE, telemetry systems and other data communications infrastructure.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experienced financial professional seeking a long-term career within a company invested in employee success as well as overall company success

- MUST be local to the Miami, FL area with a reliable source of transportation

- Professional with strong mathematical skills, experience in payroll accounting, data entry, and customer service

- Team player willing to step out of job typical duties to help coworkers and resolve any issues that may arise

- Possesses the ability to communicate complex data in a clear way

- Someone who can prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and has a keen eye for detail

- Confident individual who is comfortable thinking on their feet, decision making and will need little supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office with a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
• 100% Tobacco Free (No Vaping)
• Available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company

- Track and maintain financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments

- Work with accounting department to create and analyze financial reports

- Providing accounting-related support to management as needed.

- Ensure legal requirements compliance

- Process accounts payable and receivable

- Manage invoices and tax payments

- Fact checking accounting data

- Notify senior staff of any accounting errors

- Calculating interest charges

- Tracking payroll data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 per hour
