Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with functional business stakeholders both internal and external.
• Solicit input, requirements, and clarification from the business.
• Involvement in refining and reprioritizing tasks and User stories.
• Involvement in defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria to help the development team avoid any ambiguity.
• Support and coordinate end-user testing with internal and external users.
• Facilitate JAD sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to identify, analyze and evaluate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Adopt at coordination with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and end users to understand, analyze, communicate and validate requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and learn quickly which helps deliver quality products on time.
• Knowledge in process modeling using UML - Activity Diagrams and Use Cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
