SumnerOne is seeking an entry level Equipment Leasing Administrator to join their growing team! The Equipment Leasing Administrator, will be responsible for all company leasing activities and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
What You Will Do:
- Process/confirm all credit associated with leases
- Work closely with the sales and administration departments
- Request buyout information from any other third party leasing company as required
- Distribute approvals, declines, upgrades and buyout information to Sales Department and administration
- Audit Lease documents and set-up
- Audit equipment returns and work with warehouse for equipment returns
- Verify all rates, programs, blending, funding, base and service inclusive leases
- Research and identify leasing sources for declined credit applications
- Assist sales and customers with lease related issues, including documentation of insurance coverage on leased equipment
- Constantly track all leasing activity while maintaining leasing portfolio
- Develop and structure leasing transactions so they fit the collateralization requirements for the leasing company
- Facilitate negotiations between, sales, administration and customers
Who You Are:
- Prior experience in similar role preferred
- Familiar with leasing industry
- Understands interest rates, calculations and rate factors
- Familiar with lease documentation, financial statements and complete credit process
- Ability to structure lease proposals to meet client’s needs
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

- Pay: $18-$20/hr
