Job description

This is a high paying work from home opportunity for anyone that has experience in recruiting or is looking to help us continue to build what is already the largest sales team in New Jersey. Our pay structure is not like typical recruiting we provide large residuals for our management and recruiters that averages out to $500 per sale for every recruit you bring on. 20 recruited reps selling just 4 deals a month will make you $40,000 per month on average and you can fact check us on these numbers. We have recruiters with over 100 reps that are making over $1,000,000 a year. We are looking for people who can hit the ground running in a recruiting position and have basic knowledge on the job.

Job Requirements

· Basic Recruiting or Computer software knowledge

· Stable internet connection and a wireless phone

· Ability to work based on Eastern Standard Time hours

· High School Degree or Equivalent

Job Responsibilities

· Finding qualified applicants for our sales position

· Calling on applicants and asking basic questions

· Getting applicants into our offices to start training

· Keeping an organized record of candidates

World Class Training

We are looking for people that have basic knowledge already on recruiting but we do provide in depth training on proven ways that work for recruiting in this industry. We can show you simple steps that if followed exactly will make you whatever kind of money you are looking to make.
