West Shore Home is seeking a fast-paced, tenacious professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Mechanicsburg, PA! We are looking for a Regional Recruiter to execute recruiting efforts in multiple markets! They will be responsible for ensuring their teams are fully staffed, providing the ability to hit revenue targets.

Key role responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Recruiting Manager in developing a tailored recruiting strategy
• Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and managers
• Create and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
• Attend local on-site and off-site hiring events as the recruiting plan warrants
• Develop strong relationships with local management to best understand their needs and expectations
• Document all data related to recruiting in Salesforce

Minimum Role Requirements:

• One year experience as a recruiter in a high-volume hiring environment
• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
• A track record of success working in a fast-paced environment
