Sales Support Assistant – Entry-level IT Sales Support

What you’ll do

• You will be assisting senior account managers providing Information Technology Solutions to corporate and government accounts.
• You will provide sales support by preparing quotes, sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products, and researching customer accounts.
• You will be communicating over the phone with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
• You will work on-site, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of one year of sales/customer service experience, or retail experience in a related industry supporting technology, (e.g., wireless, Best Buy).
• You should have technical familiarity with computer product solutions and related technologies.
• You must be proficient in using MS Office and email.
• You must be organized, a problem solver, and a multi-tasker.
