Entry level Woodshop / Assembly Position/Manufacturing Setting

• Monday-Thursday day schedule. 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Assembly background, any experience with wood is helpful, but not required.
• You WILL NOT be working with Customers in this position
• This position will teach you a lot of new skills. You'll work in a Team where you make and assemble cedar wood boxes. You'll be taught our proven process to build, sand, spray, cut and finish boxes.

* Note: Pay Increases are given as you learn and acquire proficiency at each facet of box making. As your performance increases, likewise does your pay. :)

Job Requirements:

>>Looking for individuals that thrive in a fast paced environment, that like to learn new skills and have a "can do" attitude. You'll need dexterity and attention to detail in this position. Most important to us is that you're passionate about your work, you like working with your hands and want to work with wood to create something.

>>>Each department and part of the build process requires a specific pace. Our Teams have a certain number of boxes that are completed each day. You'll be standing on your feet all day, so the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time is necessary.

>>>If you're Coachable, like the feeling of accomplishment, can work both independently and as a collective member of a Team, we'd love to talk to you.

>>>If you have experience or background with woodworking that is applicable and not listed on your resume, please feel free to send us a message.

NOTE: Customer Service background is NOT helpful as you won't be interacting with customers in this position. Food Service and Warehouse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Schedule & FAQ:

• 4 day workweek
• Full Time Hours: Monday-Thursday (6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
• Closed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Veterans encouraged to apply!
• You can also wear headphones and listen to music, audio books, etc. Ability to be on your feet most of the day is necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
