Under close supervision, the Environmental Services Assistant performs basic tasks to maintain the facility in a sanitary, safe, clean and attractive condition.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of chemicals, cleaning products, and their interaction is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Cleans & sanitizes consultation rooms, utility rms., kitchens, copy rooms and restrooms:
- Dust and damp mop resilient floors.
- Operates buffers, auto scrubbers & extractors.
- Strip/scrub & refinishes floors.
- General cleans lobbies, waiting areas, offices, conference rooms, etc.
- Sanitize and empty trash receptacles & transports biohazard waste.
- Cleans & polish wall hangings, water fountains, ice machines, vents, mirrors, glass doors & equipment.
- Transport furniture & complete set-ups.
- Vacuum carpet, upholstery clean furniture and spot wash walls.
- Stores & replenishes supplies, report repairs & safety needs, etc.
