Job description
We are a luxury retail contractor that works on pre-construction/bidding of projects throughout the Western United States throughout the year.
This position would require a candidate to be reliable, thorough, and organized. In addition to this, the time in the office would be mostly spent learning plans, pricing out materials/equipment, making phone calls to potential vendor's for proposals, inputting on excel and learning how to create inclusions, exclusions, and qualifications. This person would be establishing relationships with our vendors, finding new vendors and assisting with putting together complete proposals to submit to our distinguished clientele.
Report To: Pre-Construction Manger, President and Senior staff.
