Job description
- Modern office setting
- Growth opportunities
- Receives invitation to bid new projects from Builders.
- Download and print plans from Builder's website.
- Perform accurate trim and hardware takeoffs in Excel based program.
- Compile material lists and pricing into Access database.
- Collaborate with Senior Estimator on labor bid to finalize proposal.
- Maintain and edit trim and hardware takeoffs.
- Work with Field Superintendents to verify takeoffs.
- Compile piece pricing and labor budgets with in labor guidelines.
- Other tasks as necessary.
