SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the position is responsible for performing variety of administrative tasks drawing on professional skills and ability to work effectively with others. Provides primary ongoing support to the Chief Risk Officer with general executive administrative support and assistance in the day-to-day operations of the division, project coordination, and division initiatives and follow up.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Assists with meeting agendas, minutes and materials for the Risk Management Committee, and Management Compliance Committee.
  • Assists with meeting preparations for committees and task forces for which Chief Risk Officer chairs or participates.
  • Tracks and monitors policies, procedures and committee charter updates and renewals for the entire Risk Management Division.
  • Assists with the preparation of policies, procedures and desktop guides for the division.
  • Manages assigned projects and proceeds under agreed upon project parameters.
  • Maintains Customer Complaint log, files and manages all complaints received from the regulatory agencies including submission, recordkeeping and follow up to ensure established deadlines are met.
  • Maintains and update Management Response Report for all Regulatory Exams.
  • Maintains and update management’s response to internal audit findings using the Audit Board.
  • Meets all deadlines and completes all assignments according to plan; communicates relevant issues to Chief Risk Officer.
  • Coordinates meetings and maintains the calendar for the Risk Management Division and Chief Risk Officer.
  • Prepares project Action Plans, Presentations and Proposals.
  • Coordinates, assemble and manages “Document Requests” for all regulatory exams
  • Assists with Regulatory Applications related to Center opening, closing and relocations.
  • Processes invoices for the Risk Management Division, including tracking and submission of business expense report for the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Manages Vacation Calendar for the Risk Management Division.
  • Attends educational programs appropriate to enhance current or future responsibilities.
  • Recommends methods and processes to improve department efficiency as noted.
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.

The associate is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. The associate is regularly required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and telephone. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
