Clutch is looking for an executive assistant for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
- Keeping the executives' communications organized so they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low priority items.
- Screening outreach to determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service.
- Managing the executive’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings and confirming appointments while prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Attending phone calls and meetings to take notes and detail follow-ups for future tasks and projects.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of previous administrative and/or customer service experience
- Problem solver – able to work with other teams and staff members effectively to reach a viable solution and goal
- Strong service focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality with maturity, poise and judgment
