JOB SUMMARY:

We need: A visionary leader/entrepreneur who believes in WIN's mission of empowering women through negotiation and leadership skills, and has the talent/drive/resources to scale WIN towards greater impact and success.

You are: A highly-skilled individual who can interact comfortably with the most successful and high-level of women, feels confident behind the scenes and in front of the camera, can leverage her Rolodex and contacts for WIN, has an entrepreneurial mindset, a great operational head, with an eye for both the big picture and the details.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to scale and promote the organization’s mission, “voice,” and business

• Create complete business plans for the attainment of company goals and objectives

• Build an effective team of leaders

• Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans

• Direct and oversee investments and or fundraising efforts

• Forge and maintain relations of trust with new and existing partners, sponsors, and clients

• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its public profile

Job Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 (plus a mutually agreed upon performance-based bonuses + potential equity upside)
