Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely to minimize downtime
• Monitor facility grounds for proper care and appearance
• Works closely with management to identify and resolve safety hazards/facility sanitation issues
• Proactively identify and resolve facility and maintenance issues
• Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule
• Daily tasks may include plumbing, electrical, light carpentry skills, HVAC, and delivery requests
• Ability to read, understand and utilize equipment manuals
• Work in various seasonal climates
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Supports the company goals for quality and continuous improvement
• Performs duties at or above quality standards
• Available for after hours and weekend duties as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested

To be considered you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in a similar role with a wide range of responsibilities in facilities maintenance, including but not limited to: preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Experience in an automotive dealership is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift or push 50 pounds routinely
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to work full-time, 8 hours per day, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical skills.
